Our COVID-19 health and safety plan
This month we are cautiously resuming service, given we feel absolutely certain that we can keep our employees and customers safe, and given that the exterior cleaning industry has already been operating for some time.
In order to keep you, our valued customers, our staff, and all members of our community safe, I would like to share Green Grads’ COVID-19 health and safety plan with you:
Our team
Team members will take their temperature before coming to work, and again during the morning safety meeting.
Team members will wear masks and gloves, in addition to their regular PPE.
Team members will be isolated in their own pods, with no additional outside contact.
We have provided sanitized daily transport to and from work sites for all team members.
Equipment, gear, and tools will be sanitized at the end of the service day.
Team members will bring a lunch from home to avoid additional points of outside contact.
Our customers
For now, all correspondence with you, our customers, will be by phone, email or text message, please indicate your preference if important.
We will only be offering exterior services such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning or pressure washing with the following exceptions: No high-contact surfaces including exterior doorways or entryways such as front doors or sliding glass doors, inside tracks, or screens. This is for your safety and ours.
On the day of service
Our team will call you five minutes prior to arrival to answer any questions you may have.
We will not come to your door unless you ask for this, and team members will remain a safe physical distance if you wish to open your door to give directions for service.
At the conclusion of service, our team members will return to our fleet vehicle and call to inform you that service is completed. In the case of window cleaning or pressure washing, we would encourage you to check to make sure you are satisfied with the work, communicate any issues to the team, and we will then re-access your property to make sure you are 100% happy with the job.
