Important: Leaf Removal Service Information
This fall we are introducing a new set of leaf removal packages to give your yard or roof comprehensive leaf removal.
It will be a little different from previous seasons but we hope it makes everything more simple. Read on for more information.
Leaf Removal
Ground-Level Leaf Removal starting at $175 + GST
For this base rate you get two of our team members on your property for 1 hour and 20 mins to clear leaves from lawns, patios, walkways and so on.
*Additional 20-minute increments for the two-person teams will be charged at $50 each per 20-minute increment.

Roof Sweeping (Leaves and Tree Debris) starting at $150 + GST
For the base rate of $150 + GST you will get two of our team members on your property for 1 hour. We use poles, brooms, and brushes to safely clear your roof and save your gutters from the leaf/needle deadfall before it clogs your gutters and creates moss.
*Additional 20-minute increments for the two-person teams will be charged at $50 each per 20-minute increment.

Leaf and debris hauling details for Leaf Removal and Roof Sweeping
Fallen leaves can go in your green bin, and those that do not fit can be placed in leaf bags (we provide) or your own bins that you can provide us.
Leaf bag removal is done by the city at set dates of the fall and winter.
There is no limit to the number of bags that will be removed by the city, so long as they are set out in either a bag or your own bin.
To save the environmental cost of transporting the leaf bags off of your property we encourage you to take advantage of setting out your leaf bags on the following dates:
October 24 and 25, 2020
November 14 and 15, 2020
December 12 and 13, 2020
January 9 and 10, 2021 (Christmas trees will also be collected)

We also recommend that you provide us with any bin to save the use of a bag and that you keep both bins and bags in a covered, dry area to make them easy to lift to where they will be collected.
If you would like us to provide leaf bag removal it is available at a cost of $30 + GST per bag. This cost covers the labour to transport the bags to the transfer station, and any disposal fees.
Green Grads leaf bag removal appointments will be made outside of the collections periods.
Comprehensive Yard and Roof Leaf Cleaning
We’ll take care of the yard and roof starting at $275+GST for two team members for 2 hours and 20 minutes.
*Additional 20-minute increments for the two-person teams will be charged at $50 each per 20-minute increment.
