How to prepare for your service
Thank you for trusting us with your home service.
Here is a helpful guide to answer questions you may have about your service.
Arrival Time
Our arrival time was provided in your booking confirmation email. The arrival time is approximate. While we are always hustling, we may arrive up to one hour after the approximate arrival time. Our team will call you en route with an exact arrival time.
Do I need to be home?
It’s your choice if you wish to be home for the service. If you have an interior service, we will need to be let in for the period of that service only. Then, you can depart and we’ll finish the exterior work, if applicable.
How to get the most out of your Gutter Cleaning
Important: Please inform your direct neighbours that we are coming. From time to time, we may need to put the feet of our ladders in your neighbour’s yard to access your gutters. You can assure them we have full liability insurance.
Please ensure your outside water is on, we may need a measured amount of water to flush your gutter system.
Let us know if there are any areas of concern that require special attention.
Inform us if you want us to install gutter strainers where they are missing. They are $25 including parts and installation.
If you haven’t ordered it, consider our MVP Gutter Polish to get the exterior surface of your gutters sparkling.
Please ensure the areas beneath the gutters are clear of debris, it’s where we’ll put our ladders.
How to get the most out of your Window Cleaning
Screens: If your screens remove from the inside only, and you do not have an interior service, please remove your screens and place them at the rear of the property. We will wash them for you. If your screens remove from the exterior only, we will remove them, wash them, and replace.
Please close your windows during the cleaning.

How to get the most out of your Pressure Washing
Please clear the area to be pressure washed of all items.
Make sure your outside water source is turned on.
We bring our own hoses. If you have one, we’ll remove it and put it in a safe place for the duration of the cleaning process.

Please close all windows and doors for the duration of cleaning

Payment methods
We will send you an invoice after service is complete. You may pay via the link by VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. You may also send an Interac e-Transfer (preferred, tips at your discretion).
